Microsoft is heading to San Francisco this morning to reveal what’s coming next for Windows and Surface and a “conversation on how local AI will shape the next chapter of the PC.” That conversation will include Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang, and Windows and Surface chief Pavan Davuluri. I’m expecting to hear a lot more about Nvidia’s RTX Spark platform and Microsoft’s Surface Laptop Ultra that uses Nvidia’s new Arm-based chips.

When Microsoft’s Windows and Surface event will happen and where you can watch it Microsoft’s keynote will start at 10AM PT / 1PM ET on Wednesday October 7th. What to expect from Microsoft’s Windows and Surface event Surface Laptop Ultra. Microsoft already unveiled its MacBook Pro competitor earlier this year, but we’re still waiting on pricing, release dates, and full specs. I’d expect we’ll get all of these details and lots more.

Rumors suggest Microsoft will release multi configurations of the Laptop Ultra, with 18-core and 20-core CPU variants and RAM configurations all the way up to 128GB. RTX Spark platform. Jensen Huang will appear on stage, so we’re likely to get even more details on Nvidia’s effort to shake-up the Windows laptop market.
